Product Internship

Helping people, software and puzzling with information makes you equally enthusiastic. How cool would it be to start your career there? It can be at TOPdesk. As a Product Internship, you can help your customers with questions, problems, obstacles, and advice about our software.

TOPdesk was founded in Delft, the Netherlands, over 20 years ago by 2 engineers who wanted to make something out of-the-box. Their goal was to help others to improve their customer services with one software that is simple and easy to use. Since then, the organization has grown from 2 employees to 500+, and from a single small office to 12 branches in 10 countries worldwide. We might have grown a lot since then, but we’ve never stopped believing in our core values: listening to the customer’s needs, and giving employees trust, freedom and responsibility to do great things.

TOPdesk Brazil

Originally a Dutch company, TOPdesk opened its Brazilian branch in February 2013. TOPdesk is currently an important player worldwide in service management solutions and you will play an important role in its further growth in the South American market. Support TOPdesk software means support a solution, which involves understanding the client's requirements and help them to find the best solution.

How to work: You do not work with a script. You use your analytical skills to estimate the situation and demand of the customer, ask questions, communicate clearly and make sure the customer follows your explanation. You strive for collaboration with the customer and take the time needed to understand a question and understand the problem behind the question.

Product Internship: How are we going to train you?

Before you can call yourself a product internship you will need to gain a lot of knowledge. This will, of course, remain an on-going process, but we will provide you with a 3-month training program and after this period there’s the possibility to take a full time position. Password I want this job. You will learn everything about TOPdesk's modules and functionalities and how organizations use. There are also blocks dedicated to research skills and conversation techniques.
